As the parent of a teenager with complex needs, I am a SEND expert with lived experience of the challenges facing parent/carers of people with Autism, ADHD, Sensory Processing and Complex needs. I established and chaired the City of London Corporation’s SEND Board, Parent/Carer Forum and advise organisations including the Museum of London, Bank of England, Barbican and British Land on SEND issues. I manage the Autism in the City blog and Facebook page and have more than 700 corporate and individual followers. You can also find me on Twitter.
